Needed new hot water heater. Have been using Aladdin services for close to 40 years, always satisfied with their service. Called at 9am, Patrick arrived at 12: 45. And work completed in less than 2 hours. Patrick and his co-worker (sorry, I forget his name) we're very professional and did a great job. I had several questions which were answered quickly. Good service!I've used Aladdin three seasons now: Furnace, A/C, Furnace.I liked it when the same guy came out the first two times. You know, kind of like he knew what he did last time and what he was looking for, etc. Still, this technician, Derk, was just as professional and thorough.Bottom line: I hope Derk comes out for A/C inspection in spring (or summer) and again next fall/winter and so on.
