We first started using Aladdin about 20 years ago when they replaced our AC and furnace. Fast forward twenty years and we had Aladdin come out and install a new HVAC system. They were quick to schedule an appointment. They were the ONLY company of three I contacted that sent me pricing up front. No hidden charges. No pressure to upgrade. I needed an R-22 recharge. I got exactly that!
A very nice gentleman came out, named Patrick. He didn't seem to mind my questions... and was patient and pleasant.
I want to say one thing ... comfort comes at a cost. I see a lot of people complaining about prices everywhere. A/C is a luxury and here's how I look at it...
It cost me over $400 to get this thirty year old unit recharged with the understanding it may only last one season. I knew that going in. It's cheaper than paying $5000 to get a new unit which would require redoing all my electrical from the fuse box out (city of ordinances have determined that). It's also cheaper than my going to HVAC school and doing it myself (as if).
I recognize the people we depend on to repair things made sacrifices and completed schooling so they CAN take care of us.
An hour ago my house was 85 degrees and my three dogs were panting. Now it's 74 with greatly reduced humidity and they're chilling out on my bed. Yea, money well spent.

Aladdin offered us the most professional service, from initial call to final installation... The service people were wonderful. We had a total of 4 companies out to bid replacing our AC, Furnace and Hot Water. Not only was Aladdin the most professional, they were also the best price for the SAME... product from one, and similar product (other manufacturers) from the others. They got to my house within a week to repair my AC when every other place I called was 2-3 weeks out. The tech they sent was friendly and professional. He successfully repaired my AC for a reasonable cost. I am fully satisfied

Our 21 year old furnace and air conditioner needed to be replaced and based on a friend's recommendation, we called Aladdin. We are so glad we did. Jeff came out and took his time to show and explain our options. We felt no pressure and appreciated the time he took to review the specs on each unit... and helped us calculate the costs to make an informed decision about our purchase. He showed us how the unit would be installed and we did not feel we had to make any immediate decision. After comparing costs, we felt that Jeff was being very fair with his pricing and moved forward to replace both our furnace and air conditioner. The techs did a great job with the install and put down flooring protection so everything stayed neat and clean. They spent time after the install going over the features of our new furnace and I can honestly say it looks beautiful!! We are so happy with our decision and feel very comfortable recommending Jeff and his team to our family and friends.read more

Got home from work last Saturday, had no heat. Called Aladdin and they were here promptly (another place never even called back till next day). The tech diagnosed problem quickly but didn't have right part on truck - my furnace is vert old. They were here Monday morning and fixed. Thank goodness it... wasn't too cold! we almost went with another company then i called Aladdin because of the extent of work and the reluctance to pull a permit. Jeff from Aladdin came out on Saturday and was extremely kind. he gave us all the technical details we required as i had been comparing several solutions. the method Jeff... provided to improve airflow was the most compact and efficient. the quote was very competitive and included permit which was essential due to moving the AC location. After installation i expressed dissatisfaction with a visual aspect that wasn't an issue and wouldn't be a concern for payment but Jeff made sure it was corrected. for such extensive scope of work i am glad we had a detail oriented company.read more
